From Wikipedia, a list of all of Keith's lead vocals: Between the Buttons- "Connection" (some US releases have Jagger singing), Let it Bleed- "You Got the Silver", Exile- "Happy", GoatsHSoup- "Coming Down Again", Some Girls- "Before they make me Run", Emotional rescue- "All about You", Tattoo You- "Little T&A, Undercover- "Wanna Hold You", Dirty Work- "Too Rude" an d"Sleep Tonight" (maybe his best IMHO), Steel Wheels- "Can't Be Seen", Slipping Away", Voodoo Lounge- "The Worst" and "Thru & Thru", Bridges- "Don't have to Mean it", "Thief in the Night/How Can I stop", Forty Licks-"Losing My Touch", Bigger Bang- "This Place is Empty", "Infamy".
He sings the first verse on Beggar banquet's "Salt of the Earth" and shares lead on Black and Blue's "Memory Motel". There are live versions on some live records too, as well as Live Licks- "The Nearness of You".

Pitchfork is counting down the 200 Greatest Songs of the 60's. I can see how this is going to put a dent in my iTunes account.

Mike Celizic thinks it's going to be a subway Series, and he likes the Yanks to win it all. I was at the Bisons/Tides game Saturday, and the Mets had better not be thinking that Brian Bannister is going to be any help in the post-season. Also, would it be possible for the Bisons to put in some decent beer?

A colleague was at a some sort of political lunch today that was also attended by Cathy Creighton. My name came up, in the context of running, and my colleague mentioned that she'd told me not to run today because of the heat. ""Yeah, he sweats a lot," Cathy said.
I'm not denying it, but still, it's not exactly the impression I go through life hoping I'm making.

ESPN reports that a deal between Houston and Boston which would have sent wicked fat Roger Clemens to Beantown to finish his career was actually in the discussion phase. Ever since Wade Boggs-- another iconic Red Sox player-- sold the Devil Rays the rights to the cap he will wear on his Hall of Fame plaque the question of how the Rocket will be portrayed has nagged. I think it would be funniest if Clemens went in as a Blue Jay, but maybe that's not fair to Toronto. Canadian fans deserve to have a HOF player they can call their own, and that is certainly not Clemens. In fact, even if the trade had come off, even if Clemens pitched the Sox into the ALCS and beyond, I doubt that there would have been much of a chance that his Cooperstown image would bear anything other than the interlocked "NY". Now I would say that's a certainty. Too bad-- Clemens finishing his career with the Scarlet Hose would have made Hub fans insane.
