I need to get back into a more regular running pattern, and one way that I'm trying to do this is my tracking my runs with the adidas miCoach app. I like that it had me do an assessment workout and built a plan from there; unfortunately the plan it has built for me has me running on days when I haven't been able to fit a workout into my day. This means that I'm doing what it calls "Free Workouts", which is fine, but not really part of the plan.

As miserable as the Mets have been for the last four years, at least now they are admitting it. What they are going to do about it is another question, but they are still a step ahead of the Bills. We are off to the start of what could be a historically bad season for the Bills. The light at the end of this tunnel is the oncoming train of relocation. I can't even look.
