I need to get back into a more regular running pattern, and one way that I'm trying to do this is my tracking my runs with the adidas miCoach app. I like that it had me do an assessment workout and built a plan from there; unfortunately the plan it has built for me has me running on days when I haven't been able to fit a workout into my day.  This means that I'm doing what it calls "Free Workouts", which is fine, but not really part of the plan.
